Initial Registration of Professionals in PRC Davao

Professional Regulation Commission
Lanang, Davao City
Phone Number: (082) 234-0007

After passing the board exam, board passers should once again go back to PRC to process the initial registration of professionals. Surprisingly, the initial registration process unlike the hellish board exam application only takes 2-3 hours (in my experience).

What to bring:

1. Three (3) documentary stamps (21 each at door 12, 1st Floor)
2. Printed oath form. Click here to download Oath Form. Oath form is also available at door 9.
3. Passport size picture (white background with complete name tag)
4. Registration Fee: 600
5. Notarization Fee: ₱50 - 150

Process:

1. Get priority number, registration form and oath form at door 9 (1st Floor) and fill it out.
2. Proceed to door 3 (2nd Floor), wait for your number to be called and submit all your requirements.
3. Have your papers notarized at door 12 (1st Floor). The papers to be notarized will be given to you by the PRC staff after submitting your requirements.
4. Proceed to the cashier to pay.
5. Go back to the window/staff where you submitted your documents. Give him/her the receipt and wait for your name to be called.
6. Get and keep the two (2) claim stubs/claim slips and you're done.

These are my claim slips and this is how they look like.

Ciao!

HOW TO CHANGE YOUR BLOGGER TAB ICON

Admit it, Blogger icon looks boring and changing it into your personal taste would make it look cooler and better. Changing your Blogger Tab icon into your personal choice using your customized/chosen icon is just so easy.

OUR GOAL:
Change this boring Blogger tab icon

Into our own custom made icon

1. Step 1. Create your own logo or icon
If you have talent in Photoshop, Paint or GIMP or any drawing software, it's an advantage. But if you don't, online logo creators might be of help such as Logo Type Maker, Cool Text, Graphic Springs, etc. or you can just search for an image in  Google .

2. Step 2. Upload your icon/logo to iconj
I have been using iconj for a very long time that is why I'm recommending this to you. Some publishers also use other sites like Photobucket, etc.
Choose and upload your chosen icon from your computer.

3. Step 3. Copy the code from iconj
Note: The code at the bottom is what we need. The first link is for the Favicon (which we don't need anymore because Blogger already has Favicon feature)

Step 4. Locate where we should place the code.
Note: This one is a little bit technical
            a. Go to Blogger Home, click More Options button
            b. Click Template and click Edit HTML
            c. Press CTRL+F and search for   <b:skin>

Step 5. Paste the code from iconj 'ABOVE<b:skin>
the code looks like this:  <link href='codefromiconj' rel='shortcut icon' type='image/x-icon'/>

Step 6. SAVE YOUR TEMPLATE.

Have a great day!
